INFICON implemented a dividend program in May 2006. Under the company’s program, the Board of Directors, with the approval of shareholders at the company’s Annual General Meeting, determines on an annual basis whether to pay a dividend and the amount to be paid. A dividend of CHF 5.00 per registered share was approved for fiscal year 2005, CHF 6.00 for fiscal year 2006, CHF 8.00 for fiscal year 2007, CHF 6.00 for fiscal year 2008, CHF 4.00 for fiscal year 2009, CHF 10.00 for fiscal year 2010, CHF 14.00 for fiscal year 2011 and CHF 16.00 for fiscal year 2012.
