Due to a capital increase through newly listed conditional capital, the group now holds less than 20% of the voting rights in INFICON. The number of shares equals 19.6490% of the voting rights, the Call options (ratio 1:1; Strike price CHF 284.75; expiration date May 2, 2020) represent 0.02007% of the Voting rights.
