April 2014 mit insgesamt unverändert 226‘752 Namenaktien von INFICON Holding AG nun 9.8% der Stimmrechte in INFICON Holding AG besitzt.

Elshout Tel. +31 020 522 2555, Fax +31 020 522 2500) with an unchanged total of 226,752 registered shares now 9.8% of the voting rights in INFICON Holding AG following the entry of additional INFICON stock created by means of conditional capital increase effective as at April 14, 2014.
